FOUR WAYS TO NAVIGATE THE QUARTER-LIFE CRISIS

Take a mental health break- you can do this by taking a step back to accept how you feel and admit to yourself what is stressing you. The worst decisions are made when you aren't taking care of yourself.

Reflect on your childhood passions - seek out the enjoyment in little things as you did as a child, it helps to keep joy as you navigate your place In the adult world

What does your adult self want- figure out what you want to do, either with childhood passions or newly found ones. It's fine for your passions to change as you evolve to the person you want to be, don't beat yourself up for changing paths.

Make realistic plans- it is important you accept the lack of control you have in your life. Understand it's okay not to have everything figured out in your 20's. the human brain reaches its final development at 25. Consider the confusion or disconnection you are feeling as a part of your transition to adulthood.
